Holy Chicken
– Come and Dine

4 Chicken Breast
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
1 stick Butter
Salt chicken and boil until very tender. Drain & cut up into bite-sized pieces.
Add both cans of soup – undiluted
Then add sour cream & lemon juice and stir together well.
Place in 9 X 11 casserole dish and top with crushed crackers.
Pour melted butter evenly over the top of the crackers.
Bake at 350 for at least 30-40 minutes. Make sure the casserole is bubbling well before removing from oven.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
This can be served over rice if you prefer.
