Cross Style Global Ministry Update – October 2011

– by Jeremiah Bolich –

Dear Friends,

God has brought us a long way since September 2009.  After opening our eyes to His dream of planting the Cross Style Church and Training Center in Lebanon, TN, Jesus has been faithful to provide every resource to complete the vision.  Just as God provided the provisions for Joseph and Mary for their time in Egypt, He also has provided and sustained this work through the present time. It has been something watch, to say the least.

We are in the home stretch of completing the work on the Training Center and, if completed by December, will own the building and property outright with no payment.  We are excited, but still have much to be done.  Pastor Stephen Manley and our team on the ground have been laboring day and night (literally) to complete the current projects, but we are still in need of help.

Pastor Stephen writes…

Transition is the picture of these last two years.  We are just beginning to settle into the details of where Jesus is taking us.  For many of you it may have been confusing and even misleading.  If you are interested, I want to give you a clearer picture!

For years we trained young men and women in the Cross Style concept every summer. We discovered once they grasped the concept (or the concept grasped them) they could never be the same.  Cross Style Ministries is filled with people to whom this happened.  If this could take place in a few weeks, what could happen in a year of training?  In addition to this informal training, centers are established in over twenty-six countries around the world.  We now have one hundred and sixty-eight.  Should we not have a training center in the United States?  Thus, a practical ministry school was established in Lebanon, TN.  Of necessity, a church was started as the base for the practical ministry of this school.  In the last two years, God has done miracles equal to anything the children of Israel experienced in the wilderness.

In becoming one of the pastors of this church, I limited the number of revivals I held throughout the year.  I continue to hold over thirty revivals a year, pastor at the church, and teach in the school of ministry.  Nathan Johnson is our director of the practical ministry school and also one of the pastors at the church.  A strong transformation center, called “The Lazarus Project,” is established and lead by David Kornguth.  Those with addictions and a hunger for Jesus are being served.  The Cross Style Café is feeding needy people a free meal each day.  …and this is just a sample of the ministries taking place in our midst.

While it is true that I am not holding as many revivals as I once did, the ministry has not diminished; IT HAS INCREASED.  Perhaps you felt that your financial support was no longer needed.  With where Jesus is leading us, as the ministry has greatly increased, the need has greatly increased as well.

This is where we are at financially: The practical ministry school, Cross Style Church, and the Cross Style Café are housed in the miracle building God graciously supplied.  The owner could not sell the building for two years due to capital gain tax.  He established a lease for us of $2500 per month for two years.  This amount was to be spent in remodeling the building (donated goods and labor could be included).  This coming January (the end of the two years) we would owe the appraisal amount (approximately $100,000) of the land; he is giving us the building.  However, he recently decided to give us the land as well, if we will complete the remodeling process.  We raised $12,000, which has accomplished much of the remodeling.  We are in need of an additional $10,000.

We would like for you to consider to continue to help us as you have done so faithfully over the years.  You have always exceeded our expectations and provided so generously, often at great cost, to the work Jesus is doing in our midst.  As we have done and will continue, all donations go directly to this project.

These are indeed, exciting days!  Having a building to work from, instead of homes and motorhomes, has not only made this ministry more productive, but increased the quality and efficiency ten fold!  We are indeed blessed!

I appreciate greatly your partnering with us!

Yours in Cross Style,

Jeremiah Bolich
